How to make a return
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, with original tags attached. Items must be posted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please send returns, along with your packing slip or a note including your order details, to:

How do I exchange?
We’re happy to offer exchanges for size, colour, or a different style. Simply include a note with your return package specifying your request.
To ensure availability, we recommend contacting us in advance at shop@seraph.com.au and we’ll hold the item for you for 7 days.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow at least one week for your return to reach us via Australia Post. Once received and inspected, we will notify you via email and process the refund via your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What if I received the wrong product?
If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at shop@seraph.com.au and we will send you the correct item along with a return label for the incorrect one.
What if I received a faulty item?
We take quality seriously! If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email us within 2 days at shop@seraph.com.au, including 1-2 photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the return shipping if applicable.
Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are final sale—no refunds, exchanges, or store credit.
Full-priced items purchased with discount codes
Full-priced items purchased with a discount code are eligible for store credit or exchange only, provided they meet our standard return conditions. The store credit will be equal to the price paid after the discount was applied.
Shipping policy
- We ship Australia-wide and to New Zealand
- International customers: please email us at shop@seraph.com.au for shipping rates.
- Orders are shipped via Australia Post. If no one is home, a collection card will be left, and additional Australia Post delivery charges may apply.
- We ship orders within 24hrs of receiving them. Delivery times are subject to Australia Post and may vary due to location.
Important shipping notes
- Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
- If you request the parcel to be left unattended, this is at your own risk, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
Local pick-up
For local customers, select “Pick Up” at checkout and leave a note. We’ll contact you to arrange collection.
